Platform Minupidu.ee. (the «Site») is operated by the following company Grin Studio OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the «Operator»). We view privacy not as a bureaucratic superstructure, but as a foundation of trust in the digital ecosystem. This document discloses the algorithms of data processing and mechanisms for exercising your rights.

1. Legal foundation and coverage

1.1 We process personal data in strict accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. Our actions are accountable to the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon - AKI).

1.2 The policy applies to all subjects: from site visitors to professional performers whose profiles are indexed by the system.

2. Spectrum of processed information

We categorize the data by access levels and sources:

• Identification Data: first name, last name, brand or company name.
• Contact vectors: email, phone, physical address, links to digital profiles (social media).
• Professional Content: portfolio (photo/video), price lists, descriptions of services.
• Tech Trace: IP address, cookie data, device settings and behavior patterns on the Site.

3. Heterogeneous data sources

The minupidu.ee database is populated through two independent channels:

3.1. Voluntary Provisioning: data uploaded by the user personally when registering or editing a profile.

3.2. Automated consolidation (AI agent): our artificial intelligence-based system indexes information from the public sources (public websites, business pages in social networks, open registers). This is done solely to create a representative catalog of professionals for the benefit of society and the performers themselves.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Pursuant to Article 6 GDPR, we process data on the following grounds:

• Execution of the contract: when you order paid services.
• Legitimate Interest (Legitimate Interest): creation of a free information aggregator. We believe that the publication of publicly available professional data in a specialized directory is beneficial to the performer (new clients) and the user (ease of search), without violating the balance of interests.
• Consent: for marketing mailings and analytical tools.

5. Data status and non-commercial use

5.1. Publicity: minupidu.ee is an open catalog. Posted data is indexed by search engines (Google, etc.).

5.2. Failure to monetize data: Operator does not use automatically collected data for commercial purposes. Basic placement in the catalog is always free of charge for the contractor. Paid functions only concern additional promotion and extended functionality on the user's own initiative.

6. Subject Rights and Digital Oblivion«

We guarantee users complete sovereignty over their data:

• Right to Control (Claim listing): any executor whose profile has been added by the AI agent can confirm the rights to it and take over data management.
• Right to Erasure: If you or your company does not wish to be in our directory, we will remove the information unconditionally.
• Right of Correction: correction of inaccuracies in automated profiles is performed on a priority basis.

7. Regulations on requests for deletion

In order to exercise the right to erasure or amendment of data, it is sufficient to send a request to info@minupidu.ee. We are committed to processing the request and completely removing the profile from the system within 3 (three) working days.

8. Safety and storage

8.1 Payment transactions are isolated and conducted through a secure gateway Stripe. We don't have access to your card details.

8.2 The data retention period is determined by its relevance to the catalog. We delete inactive or outdated profiles during regular data cleaning cycles.

9. Supervisory body

If you believe that our algorithms violate your rights, you have the right to contact the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (AKI). We are open to dialog and strive to resolve any issues before contacting supervisory authorities.
